Admissions September 2015

|

We do not hold an open day at our school for admissions to Reception class in September 2015.  Instead we prefer to make individual appointments for prospective parents to meet our Headteacher, Mrs Karen Woods, who will show you around the school and answer any questions you may have.

If you would like to make an appointment please contact Mrs Nicky Kippax on 01772 862305.

Our Lady & St Edward's Toddler Group

|

The Toddler group takes place every Monday afternoon during term time at the Parish Centre between 1.00pm and 2.45pm.  All are welcome and the entry fee of £1.50 for the first child and 25p for every child thereafter includes free refreshments.  I’m sure you will agree that  toddler groups are a great way to socialise with other young toddlers as well as a great help to parents, grandparents and childminders.  Please come if you can.

Kiddidrop - As promoted by LCC Travel Team

|

To help reduce the congestion outside schools we have been advised by the Safer Travel Team in Lancashire County Council that they are promoting Kiddidrop, an online secure website for parents who would like to share the job of transporting their children to school.

'The preference will always be to promote walking and cycling to school, however in offering an ecological and cost effective car share option, www.Kiddidrop.com is an ideal alternative to those who prefer to drive their children to school especially those families who live some distance from the school'.

Parents providing registration details on www.Kiddidrop.com before Friday 20th June 2014 will receive a full upgrade and could have the chance to win a prize.
